Welcome! Our house is simple, typical, old, unpretentious and “illuminated” by the river. We hope that within these walls, with almost two centuries of history, you will find a comfortable, though not very luxurious, and pleasant stay in our beloved city of Porto. The building has 3 floors and no elevator. The accommodation has no reception, and check-in is done independently.
Massarelos and Miragaia, the area
Massarelos, the parish where we are, is known for its connection to fishing, the sea and sailing. In this area you will find emblematic places such as the Church of Massarelos which dates from 1776, the Confraria das Almas e Corpos Santos, founded in 1394 and to which Infante D. Henrique, the great Portuguese navigator, belonged, and the Cais das Pedras. It is a community that in its streets and alleys, so characteristic, tells centuries of Porto’s history, in its connection to the sea as a door to the world.
